With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cayetano Avalos Jr. of Azle, Texas, born in Corpus Christi, Texas, who passed away on July 22, 2023 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Calletano R. Avalos, Sr. and Aurora Gonzales Avalos; and his brother Guadalupe G. Avalos. He is survived by: his wife Paula Avalos; his children, Cayetano Avalos, III (Betty) of Liberty Hill, TX, Dolores A. Garza (Daniel) of Lewisville, TX, Cristobal Avalos of Azle, TX, Cecil Avalos of Denton, TX., Debra E. Flores (David) of Arlington, TX and Charles A. Avalos (Stephanie); and his siblings, Armando G. Avalos (Mary Ann), Isabel A. Valdez (Rudy) and Estella A. Becerra (Joe) of Corpus Christi. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren.
