She is survived by: her husband Daniel LaRochelle; her children, Phillip Cook and Rene Erwin; and her grandchildren, Rachele Parsons (Trent), Kaci Erwin, Neil Cook, Tessa Erwin and Justice Cook. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren, along with many extended family and friends.
