She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Campbell and Emory Campbell; her son Dale Underwood; and her brothers, Marvin Campbell and Delbert Campbell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Judy Underwood of Fort Worth and Janie Ledford (David) of Pickerington, OH; her sister Patsy Johnson of Azle; and her grandsons, David Underwood and Casey Underwood of Durant, Oklahoma.
