Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Azle & Lake Worth Funeral Home Chapel (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at the Azleland Cemetery and Memorial Park (850 N Cardinal Rd, Azle, TX 76020).
