He is survived by: his mother Deanna Kathleen Lee (Dede); his aunt Kassandra Ellis; his grandparents, Gary and Lavan Lee; his brothers, Zachary L. Rutledge, Gary M. Rutledge Jr. (Ashley), Jesse A. Rutledge (Lauren) and Aidan Lee; his half-siblings, Jacob Ellis and Cheyenne Ellis; his nieces and nephews, Jimmie, Drezden, Faith, Elida, Paislee, Parker and Jett; his pets, Markie and Taz; and also, Amber Lee, Jake Dieterich, Hailey Berry and Josh Veler. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
