She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas and Fannie Lee Denton; her husband Chester Swaner; her son David Snider; her grandchildren, Brent Schroeder and Brucendia Anderson; and her brother Thomas Denton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Paula Nash of Dallas, Denise Connolly (Mike) of Abilene and Susan Schroeder (John) of Albuquerque; her grandchildren, Haley Anderson (Aaron), Michelle Lueck (Ben), Phillip Schroeder, Brian Connolly and Jennifer Snider; her great grandchildren, Skylar Anderson, Kaleb Shockley and Riley Lueck; her great great grandchild Berkley Sue Bales; her siblings, Dorothy Wood, John Denton (Charlene) and Lane Denton; and also, Lewis Wood, Timothy Wood, Steve Denton, Scott Denton, Jeff Denton, Keith Denton and Michael Wood.
