He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Alean Nell Boyd; his parents, Gordon Wayne and Nancy Boyd; his siblings, Penny (Lee Day) and Rex Boyd; his children, Katie Jo Mitchell of Winnsboro, TX, Krystal Marie (Zach Ivic) of Avinger, TX, Bobbie Lee (J. R. Jackson) of Hughes Springs, TX and Cody Boyd of Avinger, TX.; his grandchildren, Alyssa, Jace, Lexi, Julia Mitchell, Douglas Boyd, Jackson Ivic, Beau Boyd and O'Lee Jackson; his family, Brian, Jade, Navi and Alex Nelson of Lindale, TX.; his grandmothers, Beatrice Latham of Linden, TX and Evelyn Boyd of Avinger, TX; and his granddaughter Layken Tola Boyd of Avinger, TX.. He was also cherished by cousins, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
