He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Elizabeth Perry; and his parents, William Bryson Perry and Willene Walker Perry. He is survived by: his children, David Perry (Teri), Catherine Perry and Andrew Perry (Imelda); his grandchildren, Cooper Perry, Arenia Jo Perry, Ryan Perry, Alexander Perry and Colby Williams; and his siblings, Wayne Perry, Lawrence Perry, Lee Perry, Darlene Roberts, Anna Pannell and Dana Cooksey.
