He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Robert Hobbs and Willie Mae Hobbs Rhyne; his brother Howard Hobbs; and his daughter Jeannie Hobbs. He is survived by: his children, Timothy Joe Hobbs, Nina Lynn Hobbs and Pamela Tidmore (Tim). He is also survived by six granddaughters; one grandson; two great-granddaughters; and seven great-grandsons.
