She is survived by: her husband Carl Ray Qualls of Avinger; her children, Lynn Whitton (Jeff) of Shreveport, Donna Bascle of Avinger, Susan McQueen (Mike) of Quitman, Carl Ray Qualls (Cindy) of Porter and James Carl Qualls (Stacey) of Avinger; and her grandchildren, Benjamin Ewald (Sabrina), Trey Qualls (Natalie), Christopher Qualls (Carrie), Patrick Qualls, Ethan Qualls, Sam Qualls and Kaitlyn Qualls.
