She is survived by: her daughters, Polly Samples of Avinger, TX, Pattie Shellman of Avinger, TX and Phonda Meador (Brian) of Avery, TX; her sister Sundra Blanchard (Essay) of Lithia Springs, GA; her grandchildren, Billy Shellman, Nikki Campbell of Jefferson, TX, Jessica Johns (Jason) of Avinger, TX, Rebecca Westmoreland (Justin) of Hughes Springs, TX, Todd Samples of Avinger, TX and Briar Meador of Avery, TX; and her great grandchildren, Delilah Johns, Jaylen, Corey Johns, Ira Johns, Timber and Stetson Westmoreland.
