He was predeceased by: his father Roy H. Kelly (Deborah). He is survived by: his daughters, Tricia Kelly of Salisbury and Angela Kelly (Matt Schnable) of Boone; his mother Lu Kelly of Longview; his siblings, Mike Kelly (Susan), Shannon Kelly Fleet of Avinger and Robin Alston of White Oak; and his cousin Thetta Hunter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
