He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Starkey; his brother Bobby Starkey (Joyce Starkey) of Avinger, TX; his granddaughter Tosha Whatley (Scott Whatley) of Jefferson, TX; his great grandchildren, Caden Whatley and Brycen Whatley; and his pet Sally.
