It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank Stephenson of Avinger, Texas, born in Eugene, Oregon, who passed away on August 11, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Felix Wood Stephenson and Bertha Pauline Slone Stephenson; and his daughter Sonja Gayle Stephenson. He is survived by: his wife Frances Stephenson; his children, Lisa Martin of Hurst, Texas, Jeff Temples of Arthur City, Texas, Rocky L. Stephenson Sr. of Pomona, Kansas, Tina C. Raper of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Frank Stephenson of Mustang, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Connie Chandler of Lubbock, Texas and Freddie Stephenson of Mt. Pleasant, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family has asked for donations to be made to The Humane Society of your choice.
