He is survived by: his wife Betty Anding of Avinger, Texas; his children, Kevin Bagley of Longview, Texas and Wendy Garner of Florence; his siblings, Cameron Anding of Houston, Texas, Trey Anding (Kay) of Austin, Texas and Cindy Gibson (Skip) of South Carolina; and his grandchildren, Brooke Bagley, Cristina Bagley, Hannah Bagley and Sarah Bagley. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
