He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Doke and Eva Doke (Ingram); his wife Ethel Byerley; and his sisters, Linda Hunter and Geri Peck.
He is survived by: his children, John Doke (Estela), Carrie Hogan (Neal), Kim Atherton (Ryan), April Kubiszewski and Chris Tudor (Ladonna); and his brother Henry Herschel Doke (Terri). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
