She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion "Sambo" Newsom and Lillie Mae Newsom; and her brothers, Joe Wayne Newsom and Tommy Marvin Newsom. She is survived by: her children, Sammi Drew-Lilienstern (Geoff), Staci Grant (Tellas) and Joshua Grant (Megan); her grandchildren, Parker Drew, Jayden Grant, Peyton Drew, Ashlyn Grant, Kamden Grant, Gatlin Grant, River Grant, Layla Hames and Grayson Lilienstern; her sisters, Marion Aycock and Patricia Cook (Robert); and her nieces and nephews, Andy Aycock, April Grogan, Joe Newsom Jr., Robin Pierce and Ashley Mclendon. She is also survived by her great nieces and nephew.
