He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Thurman Bradshaw; his wife Patsy Ann Bradshaw; his mother Mary Ellen Bradshaw; and his siblings, Truman Bradshaw, Sharron Bradshaw and Bobbie Mason.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Bradshaw (Breanna Carter) of Avinger, TX, Joseph David Bradshaw (Jodi) of Linden, TX, Melissa Ann Haaland (Stacie Strong) of Linden, TX, Sonya McClendon of Madill, OK and Kelly Bradshaw; his siblings, Ernest Bradshaw (Jackie) and Mary Jane Nelson (Eddie); and his grandchildren, Emily Haaland, Alexandria Haaland, Rayna Bradshaw, Cloey Bradshaw, Ryan Mitchell, David Bradshaw, Robbie Fay Johnson, Paul Louis Woodruff, Jr., Stephanie Sheets, Elizabeth Strong and Jacob Wissman. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
