He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Don Beene and Pauline Walls Beene; his wife Georgia Beene; and his stepson Johnny Vestal, Jr.. He is survived by: his niece Heather Beene; his nephew Donald Beene; his sister-in-law Rita Beene; his nieces, Rita Simmons (Bubba) and Debbie Butler (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Kameron Vestal, Kensley Echols, Kaylea Echols, Amanda Jones, Miranda Lowen and Cassandra Cogburn. He is also survived by numerous great-nieces, great-nephews.
