He was predeceased by: his parents, Jackson Miller and Jo Kennedy Miller; and his brother Gary Scott Miller. He is survived by: his brother Joe Ross; his sister-in-law Suzanne Miller of Avery, Texas; and his niece Cailin Apolskis (John) of Jacksonville. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
