He is survived by: his wife Elaine Belt of Avery; his children, Neil Belt (Kathie) of Paris, Bruce Belt (Cindy) of Tyler, Kevin Belt (Denise) of Colmesneil, Jolene Jackson (Jim) of Tyler and Laurice Marshall (Lynne) of Longview; his sister Juanez Stiltz of DeKalb; his grandchildren, Jennifer Jackson, Jordan Beall (Jordan), Joelle Jackson, Patrick Belt (Melody), Chelsea Dodson, Gary Vilijoen, Tanner Belt (Alexis), Hannah Landers (Zach), Chase Belt (Haley), Tyler Belt, Jennifer Norman (Blake), Brittney Bailey (Zach), Haleigh Belt and Morgan Belt; his great grandchildren, Brayden Jackson, Ryleigh Jackson, Beall, Jacob Lee (Alexis), Brianna Lee, Emily Belt, Jaxlea Belt, Parker Belt, Josiee Belt, Brentson Belt, Kendalyn Russell, Clayton Norman, Ava Underwood and Avery Underwood; and his great great grandchildren, Dakota Lee, Haven Lee and Katherine Belt.
