He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert E. Evans and Dorris Goldenbaum; and his sons, Michael Evans and John Evans. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Evans of Avery; his children, Jason Kolb of Avery, Brian Kolb of Avery, Raymond Meister of Annona, Johnny Guernsey of Sanford, Brandy Meister of Annona, Erica Kolb of Avery, Tracy Guernsey, Sherry Evans of Buffalo and Dani Heineman of Buffalo; his adoptive daughter Angela Collins; and his grandchildren, Natalie, Amber, Joshua, Angie, Devan and Christa.
