She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Gaddis and Effie Tisdell Gaddis; her husband Samuel Weldon Haddock; her children, Evelyn Kelly and Sammy Haddock; her grandchildren, Keith Tidwell and Regina Lynn Vaughan; and her sisters, Evelyn and Leota.
She is survived by: her children, Vivian Brown, Melton Brown of Scurry, Jo Smith of Maud, Rita Bishop of Post, Texas, Ray Haddock, Ruby Haddock of Avery, Kent Haddock and Kay Haddock of Avery, Texas; and her brothers, Ed Gaddis of Oklahoma and Jack Gaddis of Oklahoma. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
