It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wendell Carlisle Anthony of Avalon, Texas, who passed away on July 11, 2020, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Anthony and Jewel Henderson Anthony; his wife Margarette Kelley Anthony; and his brothers, Robert Anthony and Jimmy Anthony.
He is survived by: his children, Travis Kelley of The Colony, Philip Kelley of Mississippi, Jerry Kelley of The Colony and Susan Nation of Chandler; and his siblings, David Kelley and JoAnn McLean. He is also survived by numerous family members and countless friends.
