He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Luna and Alice Rivas Luna; and his brothers, Joe Daniel Luna, Ernest Luna, Randolph Luna and Adolph Luna.
He is survived by: his daughters, Angel M. Luna and Stephanie M. Gross (Matthew D. Gross); his granddaughter Layla N. Gross; and his siblings, Arnold Luna, Oscar Luna (Margie Luna), Sylvia Roberts, Deborah Luna and Jovanna Luna (Michelle Diaz).
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Heritage Chapel (1615 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702). A rosary was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Heritage Chapel (East Side) (1615 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Heritage Chapel (1615 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702). A committal service was held on Tuesday, February 18th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM and at 12:30 PM at the Capital Memorial Park Cemetery (14501 N Interstate Hwy 35, Pflugerville, TX 78660).
