He is survived by: his parents, Craig Biggar and Carrie Biggar; his sisters, Caroline and Catherine Biggar; his grandmothers, Phyllis Biggar and Lea France; and his aunts, Staci Biggar, Marci Biggar Jones and Christi Terry. He is also survived by sisters, friends.
