It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Wanda Laverne Chandler (Austin, Texas), who passed away on January 5, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her siblings, Clyde Chandler of Tulsa, OK, Letha Sallis of Oklahoma City, OK, Brenda Reed of Mansfield, TX, Gordon Chandler of Richland Hills, TX and April Chandler of Tulsa, OK; and her children, Arnise Chandler of Fort, Timothy Chandler, Corey Chandler and Dawnyale Chandler of Austin, TX. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Zion Baptist Church (2938 E 13th St, Austin, TX 78702).
