It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tony Mendoza Sr. of Austin, Texas, who passed away on September 25, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Mendoza, Sr. and Andrea H. Mendoza; his sisters, Janie Segura, Josie Torres and Irene Mendoza; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Guerra, Manuel Segura and Leopoldo Hernandez.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Teresa Scott (Terri); and his siblings, Angelina Guerra, Domingo Mendoza, Jr. (Billy), Stella Jaramillo (Bruno), Andrea Hernandez, Gloria Martinez (Charles) and Robert Mendoza (Annabel).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Heritage Chapel (1615 E Cesar Chavez St, Austin, TX 78702). A rosary will be held on Thursday, October 3rd 2024 from 7:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 4th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church (1209 E 9th St, Austin, TX 78702).
