He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Francis Brown; and his close friend Reagen Haby-Wachter. He is survived by: his father Thurmis Lee Brown Sr. of Manor; his sisters, Patricia Johnson (James) of Austin, Mary Williams (James) of Manor, Clarissa Carter (Jimmie) of Elgin, Hattie Brown (Ronald) of Dale, Texas., Sandra Brown, Rivera of Jonesboro and Georgia; his aunts, Carroll Brown of Pflugerville and Josephine Moore of Austin; his great-aunt Ola Mae Vaughn of Austin, Texas; his children, Gary Schubert, Eric Schubert and Cherri Mason; and his niece Jessica Parsons.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 9:00 AM at the King-Tears Mortuary (1300 E 12th St, Austin, TX 78702).
