He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Parker, Jr. and Modeen Perry Parker; and his cousin Dan E. Calfee of Seagraves, TX.. He is survived by: his wife Margaret F. Parker of Brooklyn, NY; his brother John W. Parker; his children, Michael F. Parker and Diana P. Bolding; his son-in-law Clintin J. Bolding; and his grandchild Wellington J. Bolding of Austin, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
