He is survived by: his parents, Ralph T. Sustaita, and Felipa Alba Sustaita, Jr.; his siblings, Christopher J. Sustaita (Judy) and Erica Scott; his nephew Terrance "TJ" Clark, Jr. (Maryanna Brown); and his half-sister Jeanette Limon.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A rosary was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home - South Side (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Louis of France Catholic Church (7601 Burnet Rd, Austin, TX 78757). A reception was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Saint Louis King of France Catholic Church (7601 Burnet Rd, Austin, TX 78757).
