She is survived by: her children, Donna Spence (Dan Morey), Joanne Frost, John Milligan and Raymond Milligan; her grandchildren, Audra Spence, Karri Spence and Katy Frost; her great grandchild Maddox Spence; her brother Ralph Fowler; her sister-in-law Diane Milligan; her cousin Kenneth Johnson; and her nieces and nephews, Virginia, John, Melanie, Audra and Kristen.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Ruth's memory can be made to the Breast Cancer Association and Cella Bella Hospice, honoring her compassionate spirit and her enduring concern for others.
