He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Carl Edelstein and Frances Rachel Edelstein (Russell). He is survived by: his wife Linda Edelstein (Lee); and his children, Kimberly Yvette Brewer (Jeff), Bonnie Jean McKean, David Edelstein (Monika) and Andrew Edelstein (Kemberley). He is also survived by six grandchildren, and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or to Covenant United Methodist Church in Austin, designated for the food pantry.
