He is survived by: his wife Natalia Garcia Reyes; his children, Elizabeth Gutierrez (David Gutierrez), Maribel Gomez, Miguel Gomez (Nena Avalos) and Roberto Gomez Jr.; and his grandchildren, David Gutierrez Jailene (Jasmine Gutierrez), Jaqueline Gutierrez (Stephon Bazemore), Daniel Gomez, Damaris Gomez Orellana (Jeffry Orellana), Denise Gomez (Juan Vazquez), Maribel Gomez, Orbik Gomez (Leslie Gomez), Bryan Gomez (Sylvia Funez), Alan Gomez, Nahum Gomez (Juan Favela), Nathaly Gomez (Ismael Vargas) and Yahaira Gomez. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
