He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin Wall and Elizabeth Jean Wall (Kerr); his brother J. Richard; and his son Garrett N. Wall. He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell Johnston; his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Wall (Craig Swanson), Vonda Keator (Paul), Travis Wall (Heather) and Michael Wall; his sister-in-law Penny Wall; and his aunt Virginia Kerr of Allison Park, PA.
