He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Andrews and Mabel Anderson Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Betty McKowen Andrews; and his sons, Mark Andrews (Gatrel) of Fredericksburg and Kirk Andrews of Austin. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
