He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph T. Boone Sr. and Alice M. Bennett Boone. He is survived by: his siblings, Rudolph "Rudy" T. Boone Jr., Joan Jones (William "Bill" Jones Sr.) and Mark Boone; his nieces and nephews, William Jones Jr., Jazmine Boone and Latisha Harrison; his great-nephew Eric Harrison; and his great-niece Tamara Harrison. He is also survived by numerous loving family members and friends.
