He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Wayne and Jimmie Wayne (Pierce); his daughter Carla Diane Wayne; and his brothers, Larry Wayne and Gene Everett Wayne.
He is survived by: his wife Martie; his sons, Reb and Tyler (Colleen); his granddaughters, Avery and Charlotte; his nephews, Michael Wayne, Patrick Wayne and Greg Billa; his great-niece Penny Billa; his sister Debbie; and his brother-in-law Bob Billa.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Texas State Cemetery (909 Navasota St, Austin, TX 78702).
