She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Clayton Humes and Mary Humes (Stuart); her siblings, Stuart Blaine Humes and Elaine Kay "Lanie" Humes Speck; and her son Kurt Edmund Johnson II.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Bennett (Erin) of Burnet, TX and Craig Bennett (Colleen) of Bertram, TX; her grandchildren, Craig Jr., William, Joseph, Mark, Mathew and Kelley; her great grandchild Mathew Alan (Aerial); and her close friend Michael Giauque. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
