We are sad to announce that on January 16, 2025, Michael Thomas of Austin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Michael shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Michael farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Eugene and Joyce Irene Thomas; and his siblings, Valerie Renee Thomas-Grooms and Daryl Eugene Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Wilma Elaine Thomas; his sons, Zachary Donnell Alexander, Montrell Johns and Charles Lewis Thomas, Jr.; and his siblings, Mark Jones, Gwendolyn Thomas Jones, Ericka Thomas and Shawn Thomas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members, and many friends.
A wake will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Austin - Peel & Son Funeral Home (607 E Anderson Ln, Austin, TX 78752). A prayer will be held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
