She was predeceased by : her husband Ronny Smith; her son-in-law Richard Scott; and her grandchildren, Mason Scott, Elizabeth Scott Bednarz and Mary.

She is survived by : her children, Tami Scott and Lissa Bentley; her son-in-law John Bentley; her grandchildren, Cody Bentley (Ashlyn), Brandon Bentley, Cameron Scott, Amy Scott Skudlarczyk, Jeremy Scott (Kolbe) and Shelby Scott Oliphant; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Anna Kay Skudlarczyk, Dalton Bednarz (Kathleen), Kate Bednarz, Miles and Ellis Oliphant.

Viewing was held on Monday, July 8th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Harrell Funeral Home of Austin (4435 Frontier Trail, Austin, TX 78745). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Forest Oaks Memorial Park (6300 W William Cannon Dr, Austin, TX 78749).
