He is survived by: his wife Annie Ojeda; his children, Ernest Torres, Joey Ojeda, Jennifer Ojeda, Gloria Ojeda and Lupe Ojeda; his brother Don Marcos Ybarra; his pets, Bonnie and Clyde; his nieces, Ana Crowell and Veronica Diaz; and his grandson Adrian Torres. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 2 Great grandchildren.
