She is survived by: her children, Sabas Hernandez Jr. and Yarisa I. Hernandez; her brother Juan Martinez Hernandez; and her siblings-in-law, Teodocio Hernandez and Margarita Hernandez Rafael. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces and other family members and friends.
