Lupe Rojas Villarreal Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2024, at the age of 90, Lupe Rojas Villarreal (Austin, Texas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Rojas and Pabla Govea. She is survived by: her husband Domingo "Mingo" Villarreal, Sr.; her children, Pablo Villarreal, Amelia Montoya, Catarino Villarreal (Jacqueline), Janie Andrada (Frank), Olga Vasquez, Jesse Villarreal (Stella), Domingo Villarreal, Jr., Margaret Rodriguez (Vinny), Martha Smith (Thayer) and Arthur Villarreal (Amy); and her brother Daniel Rojas. She is also survived by 150 grandchildren and great grandchildren, as well as countless nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A rosary will be held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the San Francisco Javier Catholic Church (10068 Burklund Farms Rd, Austin, TX 78719). A burial will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Assumption Cemetery (3650 S I-35 Frontage Rd, Austin, TX 78704).
