Lee Roy is survived by: wife Mary Lue Milligan; children, Gloria Taylor (Clifton Taylor), Rose Fay Milligan and Lee Roy Milligan, Jr.; brother Clifford Milligan; and grandchildren, Justin McDonald, Areesha Davis, Christopher Harrell and Alonzo Milligan. Lee Roy is also survived by great-grandchildren, and a host of friends.
