He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chris Hotz and Kelly Hotz; his siblings, Catherine, Samuel, Mary, Esther and David; and his grandparents, John, Marion Hotz, Mike and Lyn Ferguson. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like contributions to be made in Jonny's memory to the American Heart Association or to the Ronald McDonald House.
