He was predeceased by: his parents, J. E. Mogonye and Mary Mogonye; and his wife Dorothy. He is survived by: his son Jon; and his sister-in-law Carol Lantzsch. He is also survived by many nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Faith Lutheran Church (6600 Woodrow Ave, Austin, TX 78757). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:45 PM at the Austin Memorial Park Cemetery (2800 Hancock Dr, Austin, TX 78731).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church.
