He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughter Catherine; his stepgrandson Joao Correa; his daughter Jennifer; his son-in-law Charles Mead; his caregivers, John, Kathy Cody, Chelsey Hagy, Karl Koenig, Michael Krol, Trenton Titus, Chantal, Dedra, Denise, Eucalence, Rosa, Savion, Shewit and Winnie; and also Brad Richter. He is also survived by step-granddaughter Samantha Mead; and many cousins.
