He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Donnell, Sr. and Janice Styron Donnell. He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Donnell; his daughters, Jonetta Grace Rice (Mark), Erin K. Hughes (Heath) and Amberly M. Espinosa (Sam); his siblings, Carl Donnell (Diana) and Marie Galloway (Scott); his grandchildren, Jared Rice, Mitchell Rice, Melea Rice, Hunter Hughes (Brooke), Dillon Hughes (Lauren), Sydney Espinosa, Samuel Espinosa and Nicholas Espinosa; and his great grandchildren, Knox Hughes and Mottley Hughes.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Heart of Texas Church of Christ (652 TX-304, Bastrop, TX 78602).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Sunny Glen Children's Home (http://www.sunnyglen.org), an organization that aligns with John's heart for helping children.
