He is survived by: his wife Adelina Hernandez; his sons, Dan Hernandez and Rick Hernandez (Renae); his grandchildren, Erin Hernandez, Elena Hernandez, Kourtney Johnson, Breanne Hernandez and Sara Hernandez; his great grandchildren, Anthony Ontiveros, Luciano Ontiveros, Liliana Ontiveros and Theo Johnson; and his sisters, Gloria Ayala, Toni Salinas, Rosemary Mojica, Patricia Gil, Margaret Ledesma, Dora Martinez, Esther Bales and Virginia Hodges. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A rosary will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mission Funeral Home - South Side (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745). A reception will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Mission Funeral Home Serenity Chapel (6204 S 1st St, Austin, TX 78745).
